Aix root用户配sybase环境变量

如果root没有变量的情况下安装完sybase后,需要
1.touch /.profile
2.粘贴sybase安装目录下SYBASE.sh内容到.profile中.
3.注释掉/.dtprofile最后一行. # DTSOURCEPROFILE=true
4.startserver -f RUN_RS260 -f RUN_RS260_BS
5.ok

Sybase "kernel os_create_region: can't"

need to edit the /etc/sysctl.conf file, and add an entry for shmmax. Something like: kernel.shmmax = 134217728 should work. Then run /sbin/sysctl -p to update the kernel's internal structures. Next time the server boots this value will be automatically set.
